Steam Controller Deals & Price Tracker
The new Steam Controller (2026) ships from Valve through a reservation queue, and many buyers do not want to wait. We collect eBay listings that clearly name the 2026 model and mark every listing that costs more than Valve charges. The 2015 original is sold under the same name, so we hide listings that do not say which generation they are.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I buy the new Steam Controller?
Valve sells it on Steam through a reservation queue that is still open for new sign-ups. You reserve a spot, and Valve emails you when it is your turn to buy. If you do not want to wait, eBay sellers offer the controller too, and this page collects those listings across 8 regions.
How do I tell the 2026 Steam Controller from the 2015 original?
The 2026 model is Model 1011 and comes with a charging puck. The 2015 original is Model 1001, uses a USB receiver and runs on AA batteries. Because both are sold under the same name, we only show listings whose title names the 2026 model (for example 2026, Gen 2 or Model 1011).
Why do Steam Controllers on eBay cost more than at Valve?
Valve's queue limits how many controllers reach buyers, so resellers ask for more. Every listing above Valve's price for your currency is marked, and we only show a saving when a listing is actually cheaper than Valve.
Why are some Steam Controller listings not rated?
A listing gets a rating only when there is enough recent price data for comparable devices in the same condition. Until then it stays unrated instead of getting a guess.
What should I check before buying a Steam Controller on eBay?
Look for Model 1011 on the label or box, check that the charging puck is included, and ask about stick drift and trackpad issues if the controller is used. Pay through eBay so the Money Back Guarantee applies.
